After Senku was smashed by Tsukasa, Yuzuriha goes to retrieve one of the  stone sculptures from Ishigami village and revives him with the Life Revival Fluid. Tsukasa returns at the same time and tries to use his electric baton to attack Yuzuriha. Taiju intercepts it and apologizes to Yuzuriha for failing to revive her 3700 years ago, but she furiously attacks Tsukasa instead. Meanwhile, Senku reveals his true identity as a genius scientist to everyone and reaffirms his intent on working with Yuzuriha to restore civilization. The revival of Ishigami village begins!

After Tsukasa is sent away to look for more reviving potion, Yuzuriha's revival begins. She breaks free!

In the Stone World story, Senku Ishigami is a student with an appreciation for science who had been studying to become a scientist with fellow student Taiju Ōki. On the day of Taiju's confession to Yuzuriha Ogawa, a green light strikes and petrifies all but Senku, who was in a tank running an experiment at the time. Over 3700 years later, Senku breaks free from the stone and meets Taiju, who was trapped in his own petrification pose of confessing to Yuzuriha. Hearing that Yuzuriha has been freed by treasure hunters just before they broke into pieces, Senku decides to revive her with science.

After all their hard work, there's a small problem: the Primordial Life Potion won't be enough to it for everyone. Tsukasa jumps in to save the day, and Senku sends him off to find more but he has a different plan in mind…

This volume is a short story about the reunion of Yuzuriha and Taiju, who loved each other in their previous life. It is also about how Taiju and Chrome helped Senku to complete the Petrification Restoration Potion successfully.

With Tsukasa away, Senku makes the reviving potion to resurrect Yuzuriha. Taiju is confused about the whole situation. He asks why he sends Tsukasa away when there is enough. But without Senku explaining everything, Taiju relies on Senku's decision

Poor Taiju. He still doesn't understand why Senku sent Tsukasa away. In order to keep Tsukasa from the revival potion, Senku must make his move faster than the fastest man in their group! The plan is to make Yuzuriha revive and tell her about Tsukasa. She'll need to be on guard for any eventuality because he is a drug-crazed killer!

Tsukasa is being manipulated by Senku. During his absence to locate the cave for more reviving drug, Senku builds a perfume bottle for Yuzuriha to secretly hide it. After her revival, Senku asks her to distract Yuzuriha and the others by pretending she's in shock. Tsukasa's plan to keep the secret is exposed!

To make her immortal, Senku needs to get the "Feminine Elixir" from the cave. Tsukasa volunteers to go, but Senator Taiju is faster. While Taiju has left, Yuzuriha is revived with the potion that Senku gave.

Tsukasa plans to crack the revival potion, so Senku sends him in search of a deeper cave. But before he finds one, Senku gives everyone a shock by saying he's run out of potion. And Yuzuriha is revived! Tsukasa races back to find the stone world has been recast in glass.

At last, the sleeping beauty awakens! It was a long time, but a little patience has paid off for Taiju. After calming down from his panic, he's able to reunite with the love of his life, Yuzuriha Ogawa. She has no idea where she is or what's going on, but she accepts the situation and feels quite grateful. Though Senku creates another revival formula, he decides not to revive anyone else just yet. Now it's all about keeping Tsukasa in the dark, who will undoubtedly use his strength once he realizes they've found a way to break free of his petrification world.

In order to keep Tsukasa from obtaining the revival potion, Senku decides to send him away on a fake run. He promises everyone he will make more as soon as Tsukasa leaves.

The science genius tells the athletic guy that there's not enough of the cure. Just then, Senku's rival Tsukasa volunteers to go search for more. What is he plotting?
